Of apple crisp and moving

I usually find baking to be soothing. But today it was *not* soothing because not only have we moved, and everything is in a different place, but my mom has *changed* where everything is after she told me that she put it one place. I had the hardest time finding anything. The baking spices that my mom put in the pantry, and told me that she put them there so they were near all the baking stuff, suddenly moved not near the spices in either other cabinet, nor near the flour, but in another (nearly empty) cabinet where it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to me. The conclusion is that I am more upset than when I started. Bah. Hopefully the apple crisp will make up for it all.
