Some days I am slightly crazy. Some days I am mostly sane. And some days, I am really crazy. For instance, the day I decided I wanted to produce a play. I've never produced or directed anything before. The most I've done is bit parts and publicity. But I fell in love with the play Brownies for Christmas, and, not content with seeing it twice, have determined to produce it. But this requires some place to perform, which I don't have of the moment, and actors, which I only really have one lined up, and a costumer. There is time, though, I keep telling myself that there is plenty of time. Hopefully it will be performed in July (if this is the case, you will see little of me in June and July). My favorite quote:
Hehe. It makes me happy. The whole play makes me happy. The synopsis, which manages to capture the essence of the play, runs like this:
Now I am going to go think happy Brownie thoughts.
"I'm invincible!"
"No you're not, I can still see you."
"Be quiet, Chip."
Hehe. It makes me happy. The whole play makes me happy. The synopsis, which manages to capture the essence of the play, runs like this:
The Community School is on its last legs. Politically correct before politically correct was cool, the school is no longer trendy, just bankrupt. Current “facilitator” Lora Thomas-Windham is frustrated. One of her best students has demanded the right to put up a Christmas tree. On top of that, she discovers that the Brownies have arrived to straighten out her life. Time travel, a protégé of Prince Rupert, and a member of the Republican Party all enter her life. In the end, there is a wedding and Brownies for Christmas.
Now I am going to go think happy Brownie thoughts.
