I'm reading a book from the library, and someone else left an envelope in it as a bookmark. The front has the return address stamped on it, and the name and address in cursive in blue ink. Someone obviously used it as a list, because on the front it says "Endo Cardio Cushion" (on three separate lines). The back has a list, which reads:

"-ground turkey recipes online
~~~~~~~~~
-burgers
-meat sauce
-burger bundles
-chili
-Kilarney
-Shepard's pie"
For some reason, I find it all a bit amusing.
So, since you have the addresses, are you going to mail it to one party or the other and say "I found this in [Book Title] which I checked out from [Library] and thought you might need your lists"? My bet would be that whoever it was addressed to is the one who used it as the lists...
Because if it were me, I know I'd be looking around going "I had that list on an envelope somewhere" and if it were to appear in the mail from a stranger it would feel like the coolest random happenstance... just my thoughts.
Also, because it might be a neat way to meet someone(especially someone interested in the same sort of books) - mailing their used envelope back to them - because they might write a note in thanks and we all know how out-of-hand pen pal correspondences can become...
